We are on a fixed income with no increases e'er, and why should we have to pay for their up dates? They always say they are going to lower the rates. When they do it might as much as $1.70 a month for gas and maybe $2.00 for electricity. 0 K that might last for a couple months then they want over $4.00 a month raise. That's o\er 5% on a monopoly utility we can't do anything about.( We may as well be in a dictator country, take that and shut up and pay it.) They pay some of their people more than $5,000,000.00 a year, Secretaries as much as $800,000.00 a year and so on down the line. Nobody is worth that kind of salary on our fixed income backs. They shouldn't be allowed to do that. Take some of the money back from those exurbanite salary's' We can't afford their monopoly! Now don't tell us that there is some government subsidy out there to help with the bills, there is already too much government subsidy's out there now, that's why we are in such a mess already. Eery dollar this government spends they borrow $0.40 from China. DON LET THEM RAISE OUR RATES!! Larry Easterly 309 E 13th Post Falls, Id. 83854-7627
