Please describe your comment briefly:
As the economy is in the sewer and most of the senior citizens in the great State of Idaho
are on very low fixed income, allowing the rate increases to Avista just doesn't seem to
compute in my small brain. We as seniors have a hard enough time paying for everything that
is vital to our lives without utilities constantly asking for a raise. I have to live within
my means and so should they! Thank you.
