Please describe your comment briefly:
My wife and I wish to state our opposition to Avista's recent application to the IPUC for a
residential electric rate increase of 5.3% dated 10/11/12. We are retired Sr. Citizens, and
we're getting less than a 2% increase in our retirement pension this year. My wife & I just
cannot sustain these huge rate increases. Avista has made some dubious Investments
especially in the so called 'green energy' field, and their stockholders & management ought
to bear the brunt of these mistakes. Please keep me informed of your decision.
