How, in these economic times and with Avista showing profits, can they hurt the customers by
raising rates? Too many people are out of work, the rate hike will start in the middle of
winter when power is necessary to stay warm... How about some compassion!!

We i re all trying really hard to keep are bills paid. Why, would you increase are bills for
profit.
Everyone is out for the mighty buck, not for the people. In these' s times people are losing
their homes etc. What makes you guys so special, that you need a increase at this time.
