I believe that the request for increase at this time with so many people out of work and no
way to pay their existing bills now is appalling. How dare Avista even put the request to
you and you even consider it. I don't begrudge Avista in making a profit, but with what they
are making now and wanting more!!! They are as bad as BP and their shortcut just to increase
their profits & look where we are now with their greediness. Please stop Avista' s greediness
now! Thank you for listening to me.
