Than you for sending the report on Case Nos. AVU-E-I0-0l, and AVU-G-I0-0l.
With the unemployment rate at 9.6%, and one in every 7 American's are living below
the povert level, ( information from the news media ). I believe the commissioners
should have given more consideration to the rate payers of A vista, then the stock holders.
