I am disputing the 14.5% increase in rate cost per home. last year they raised their rates
with the same excuse. With the econmy the way it is I can not see where this is justified. I
will not get a raise for two years on my 5.5. and my state retirement has been reduced $5Ø.ØØ
per month. Yet Avista can raise their rates each year. Thank you for taking the time to read
