On September 29, 2009, Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure
Order No. 30912, was issued by this Commission. The following change should be made to that
Order:
Page 2, Paragraph 3 , Lines 3-
READS:
The present amortization rate for firm sales customers is a $0.1580 per therm
refund. Avista is proposing a $0.760 per therm increase in the amortization
rate for firm sales customers.
SHOULD READ:
The present amortization rate for firm sales customers is a $0.1580 per therm
refund. Avista is proposing a $0.0760 per therm increase in the amortization
