On October 28, 2009, the Commission issued Order No. 30937 approving Avista
2009 Purchased Gas Cost Adjustment, effective November 2009, to decrease the Company
annual revenue by $18 881 959.
On October 29, 2009, Avista filed tariff schedules in accordance with Order No.
30937. The revised tariff schedules are hereby approved, to be effective November 2009.
