I received my Avista bill yesterday with an important notice...
Avista is trying to raise the Electric & Gas rates again. This is crazy to allow them to
raise rates so often -we must have electric & gas yet the bills are getting so hight how can
an average person afford the bills. I have never complained until now~ but this is getting
out of hand - so unless you are so poor that you can get assistance or rich enough not to
care the rest of us are taking more and more grocery money to pay the gas & electric bills -I
am for no more rate increases at least while the average american is struggling in these
economic times
