I am writing to express my concern about the proposed net increase that was filed 6/39/99.
I feel Avista has not proven that it deserves the increase. My service over the years has
continuely worsen. I do not trust the administration to use increase fees to better improve
since I have only seen increases over the years with less service and NO improvement.
Please, do NOT approve this increase. These energy riders are just a fancy term for paying
their over paid top officials. Thanks you.
