I do not see any sense in raising both the Natural Gas and Electric to customers to help
with the costs associated with efficiency services to customers. I am having to permanently
close my store because I cannot afford to go through another winter with the high Avista
bills. If the prices keep going up there are just going to be more and more people applying
for energy qssistance. I am a pay station for Avista Utili ties through Western Union. I see
so many people that are having problems trying to make their high energy bills every day and
it is just getting worse. I have lost a lot of money in the stock market, I should have
invested my money in Avista stock and I' d be making money instead of all the money I lost.
