As the Memo explains, the Company requested expedited processing of the tariff advice to enable the reduced rate to be featured in the ongoing advertising and promotional campaign. As this is a reduction in rates, Staff supports the request for an expedited review and recommends this tariff advice be approved by Minute Entry. Therefore, the revised tariff advice to reduce the rate for Caller ID on Call Waiting is hereby approved this date.
