Please consider not allowing AVISTA to increase rates at this time. They had at least one
rate increase last year~ to my knowledge~ and are asking to increase them again. The rest of
us are trying to make ends meet with what we have~ and they just keep taking more. AVISTA
needs to manage what they have better instead of continuously going back to the public well
for more money.

Avista is filing for ANOTHER rate increase. In these economic times and the rate of large
earnings of Avista, I request that this rate increase be denied. Avista has raised the rates
every year and one year they actually raised the rates twice.
How can they ask for a rate increase when theie bottom line is very favorable?

I just want to voice my stong objections to a rate increases requested by Avista- - - Again.
I can recall a that a mere 3 months ago that Avista was purposing a rate decrease in their
Natural Gas rate for Idaho, now they are asking for another rate increase so they can satisfy
their stock holders, their CEO two million dollar salary and ???? I ask the commission NOT
to ROLL Over to their demands this time and demand some accountability from this company
