To whom it may concern:
I wish to submit a complaint on the proposed increase electric rates for Idaho
Avista customers.
I see this increase as inappropriate in these times of economic recession. People
are losing their jobs, taking pay cuts, defaulting on their mortgages, and many are
becoming destitute. This is NOT the time to increase their utilty bils!!!
Avista is already overcharging their customers in this depressed area of the U.s.
Please do not allow this increase.
