Regardi. the request by AVISTA for another rise in the cost of
electricity, please consider that the incomes of many customers of that utilit
have sufered because of the present economic situation.
Please decide that the cost of ellandins the seneration capacit, and
profit, of AVISTA be shared on an equity basis: An eiSht percent rise in cost
to the customer, an( eiSht percent decrease in stochholder dividends, and an
eiSht percent contribution on wases and bonuses from each and all AVISTA
employees and eiiecutives.
