avista is wanting too much, seems like every couple of months they ~sk for an increase and
its always the same to replace old equipment, are they not replacing any over the years?
Hardly anybody has a job anymore I beleive you need to tell them no.

I can not believe Avista has the nerve to continue to fleece it' s customers, especially
during these di fficul t economic times, This company has a rate increase at least every 6
months and is beyond ridicoulous, I saw my bill at home, at work jump $100,00 and we have
done nothing different, in fact we have turned off our heat and have been relying on wood.
Can someone honestly tell me how Avista gets away with this. This company shows record
profits and continues to take advantage of it' s customers knowing we have no choice. I find
this disgusting.

I am against any increase in our electric rates until Avista can show us that the top
executives are taking pay cuts,
The last published pay for the CEO of Avista, was ridiculous! I think they need to sacrifice
before we are burdened with an increase.
