My residential electric bill for this last period was $30-$40 higher than the same period
last year, and we used less electricity.
Therefore, I feel that the rate hikes Avista took this last year are sufficient and that they
do not need to increase the rates again. How are the simple little homeowners supposed to
keep up when these expenses increase 10-13% and our income only 3% (if that)???
