I think its about time the utilities commision took a hard look at how avista manage's
their business affairs . It seems that every time they get themselves in financial trouble
which seems to be every year almost they look to the commission to bail them out. maybe if
you turned them DOWN once they might be forced to run a tighter ship do you suppose??? I
think poor business decisions are a big factor.
