On October 31 , 2006, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission issued Order No. 30167
in this matter. The following correction should be made to that Order:
Page 1 , Paragraph 3 , Sentence 3 reads:
A vista stated that as of the close of August 2006, its natural gas DSM tariff
rider balance for Idaho is negative $12 million.
Should read:
A vista stated that as of the close of August 2006, its natural gas DSM tariff
