As the Memo explains, the purpose of Idaho Power Company's filing is to incorporate revised tariff sheets for the Prairie Service Area, which were inadvertently left out of the original revisions to Rule H previously approved by the Commission on February 2, 2000 and August 16, 2000. Staff recommends approval of the Company's request since the proposed changes would simply correct the oversight and make the Company's line extension rules consistent for all customers. Therefore, the revised tariff sheets for the Prairie Service Area, which incorporate the changes to Idaho Power Company's Rule H previously approved by the Commission, are hereby approved this date, effective January 22, 2001.
