MINUTE ENTRY
On October 31 , 2006 , the Commission issued Order No. 30168 in this proceeding
and authorized A vista Utilities to decrease its rates and charges for natural gas service by about
3.4%. On November 1 , 2006, A vista Utilities filed tariffs to implement the decreases authorized
by the Commission s Order.
Based upon Staffs review, we find that the filed tariffs are in compliance with the
rate decreases authorized in Order No. 30168. These new rates will be effective for service
rendered on and after November 1 , 2006.
