Intermountain Gas Company's Tariff

Attached is a Memorandum from Michael Fuss regarding Intermountain Gas Company's tariff implementing the rate changes approved by the Commission in Case No. INT-G-00-02, Order No. 28578. Staff has reviewed the filing and finds it to be consistent with the changes approved in the Order. Customers will be provided notice of the rate change beginning in their January bills.

Therefore, the tariff filed by Intermountain Gas Company--Rate Schedules RS-1, RS-2, GS-1 (two pages) and LV-1 (one of two pages)--is hereby approved this date, effective January 15, 2001.
