Mr. Sterling states the rates were ordered to be seventy percent of the comparable rates being charged to other United Water customers. He finds the tariffs are in compliance with the order and he recommends approval by minute entry. Therefore, the tariffs filed by United Water, Schedule 1D and Schedule 4A, are hereby approved this date, effective January 1, 2001.
