Verizon Services Group Tariff Advices 00-14 and 00-15
Attached is a Memorandum from Birdelle Brown, Telecommunications Analyst, regarding two Verizon Services Group Tariff Advices to increase the surcharge rates for the Idaho Universal Service Fund in compliance with Commission Order No. 28492. Ms. Brown recommends approval because the rates are in compliance with Commission order and were to have been effective October 1, 2000.
Therefore, Advices 00-14 and 00-15 are hereby approved this date, effective October 1, 2000.
