Attached are the tariff sheets filed by United Water Idaho on September 13, 2000. Said tariffs were filed in accordance with Order No. 28505 in Case No. UWI-W-00-1.

Utilities Division Administrator, Randy Lobb has reviewed the tariffs and he indicates they are correct. Order No. 28505 authorized that the rate increase be effective for service rendered on and after September 5, 2000.

Therefore we hereby approve said tariffs this date, effective 9-5-2000.
