The Memorandum reviews why the filing was made and recommends that the three tariff sheets be only "Accepted for Filing" rather than bear an approval and effective rate since those dates are governed by special contracts spoken to in the schedules. Therefore, the Commission hereby approves staff recommendation to stamp the three schedule "Accepted for Filing", the date of this Minute Entry.
