Per minute usage rates and a per-call automated collect call charge apply to all calls. 3.2 Timing of Calls Chargeable time begins when the called party accepts the charges for the collect call. Chargeable time ends when the system detects that either party has "hung up". 3.3 Mileage Calculation Charges for each call are computed on an airline mileage basis as described below. Usage charges for all mileage sensitive products are based on the airline distance between the originating and terminating points of the call. The airline mileage between end points is determined by applying the following formula to the vertical and horizontal coordinates associated with the originating and terminating locations. The Company uses the wire centers and associated vertical and horizontal coordinates that are produced by Bell Communication Research (BellCore) in their NPA-NXX V & H Coordinates Tape and NECA Tariff FCC No. 4.
