MINUTE ENTRY

At the August 3, 2000 Decision Meeting, the Staff recommendation in their August 1, 2000 Decision Memorandum (copy attached), to act on the following two matters by Minute Entry, was approved.

Those matters were:

Grant Idaho Power final approval to transfer $1,485,046.23 for the 1999 Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) payments from the 1999 NEEA reserve fund.
(Case No. IPC-E-99-13)

Grant Idaho Power final approval to transfer $7,163 for the 2000 payment to Schritter Farms under the Agricultural Choices Program (AG Choices) from the 2000 AG Choices reserve. (Case No. IPC-E-98-16)
