GVNW Advice to Include CCL and Equal Access Recovery Charges in the Tariffs of
Direct, Fremont and silver Star Telephone Companies

Attached is a Memorandum from Birdelle Brown to Myrna Walters regarding the afore-mentioned tariff filing. The Tariffs were to be part of a filing approved to be effective December 17, 1999. She explains why these specific tariff sheets were not stamp approved timely and recommends they be approved by Minute Entry, to create a paper trail.

Therefore said tariffs are approved this date, effective 12-17-99.
