MINUTE ENTRY
GTE ADVICE NO. 00-06
Attached is a Memorandum from Birdelle Brown to Myrna Walters regarding approval of GTE Advice No. 00-06. She explains that the tariff revisions have gone into effect since they were not formally acted upon by the Commission but she asks that a Minute Entry be prepared in order to create a paper trail for future reference.
Therefore, GTE Advice No. 00-06 is hereby approved, to be effective 6-12-2000.
