TETON TELECOM ITSAP TARIFF

Attached are Tariff Sheets 4 and 51 regarding ITSAP surcharge reduction authorized by Commission Order 28047 in GNR-T-99-8.

As set out in Birdelle Brown's Memorandum to Myrna Walters, Teton Telecom's revisions filed June 28, 1999 were never processed and added to their tariff. Since there are no rates, terms, conditions or other potentials for controversy, Staff is recommending that the tariff sheets be approved by minute entry with a retroactive effective date of July 15, 1999.

This Minute Entry hereby approves said tariffs this date, by Minute Entry, to be effective retroactively to July 15, 1999.
