IPC-E-00-04 and IPC-E-00-06. Keith Hessing, IPUC Staff Engineer has reviewed the tariffs and as set out on the attached Memo to Myrna Walters, Commission Secretary, he recommends they be approved by the Commission with an effective date of May 16, 2000. Therefore, we hereby approve the attached tariffs, this date, to be effective May 16, 2000.
