HomeMy WebLinkAbout20000412.min.doc MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING April 12, 2000 - 1:30 p.m. In attendance were Commissioners Dennis Hansen, Marsha H. Smith and Paul Kjellander. Commission President Dennis Hansen called the meeting to order. CONSENT AGENDA Items 1 through 7 were listed on the Consent Agenda. Keith Hessing's April 6, 2000 Decision Memorandum re: Pacificorp Tariff Advice 00-03; The Pacificorp/NuWest Industries Power Supply Contract. Keith Hessing commented. Said upon further review with regard to NuWest, staff now proposes that that matter be put out on modified procedure for comment, from all interested parties. Cheri C. Copsey's April 7, 2000 Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of the 1999 Compliance Filing of Idaho Power Company as Required by Order No. 26216 In Case No. IPC-E-95-11; Case No. IPC-E-00-4. Commissioner Smith just had an observation - to make sure the Commission has the right numbers and does that give time to do the PCA in May? Commissioner Hansen responded that it was his understanding that this is the standard procedure for these kinds of process. Asked if it corresponds with the PCA? Terri Carlock responded - hopefully they will be processed in the timeline. There were no further comments. Commissioner Hansen made a motion to approve staff recommendation on all items on the Consent Agenda - Nos. 1 through 7. Vote taken: motion carried. Don Howell's April 4, 2000 Decision Memorandum re: Order to Show Cause Why Ten Title 62 Companies Should Not Be Found To Have Failed To Report Their Gross Intrastate Revenue For 1998, To Pay Their 1999 Regulatory Fees, And To Report Traffic And Remit Surcharges To The Universal Service Fund Administrator, Case No. GNR-U-00-4. Don Howell reviewed the matter. Commissioner Kjellander commented that it sounded like the matters handled last week. He made a motion to handle the matter as recommended by Don Howell, Attorney on the case. Vote taken. Motion carried. Meeting was then adjourned. Dated at Boise, Idaho, this 11th day of May, 2000.
