MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
April 21, 2000

In attendance were Commissioners Dennis Hansen, Marsha H. Smith and Paul Kjellander.

Commissioner Hansen called the decision meeting to order.

Only matter to be considered was Item 1 on the Consent Agenda. Cheri C. Copsey's April 18, 2000 Decision Memorandum In the Matter of the Application of Idaho Power Company For Authority To Implement The Power Cost Adjustment Rate for Electric Service To Customers In The State of Idaho For The Period May 16, 2000, Through May 15, 2000; Case No. IPC-E-00-06.

Commissioner Hansen asked for comments.

Commissioner Smith commented she wondered why this was still here. Would make a motion to issue the order as soon as possible.

Motion Carried.

Meeting adjourned.
