MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
March 27, 2000 - 1:30 p.m.

In attendance were Commissioners Dennis Hansen, Marsha H. Smith and Paul Kjellander.

Commission President Dennis Hansen called the meeting to order and welcomed all in attendance.

Only item on the agenda was No. 1 on the Consent Agenda - Birdelle Brown's March 24, 2000 Decision Memorandum re: U S West Tariff Advice 00-02-S To State The ITSAP Surcharge As A Separate Line Item on The Bill, To be Effective April 1, 2000.

Commissioner Hansen asked if there was any discussion or questions on this matter?

There were no questions.

Commissioner Hansen then made a motion to approve the one Consent Agenda Item. Vote taken: Motion carried.

Commissioner Hansen then recognized the new Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Commission, Jeff Capel, who started work this day, March 27, 2000.

Meeting was adjourned.
