Idaho Public Utilities Commission will host telephonic hearings to limit spread of COVID-19
BOISE (March 18, 2020) - The Idaho Public Utilities Commission is replacing live, in-person meetings
with telephonic or virtual meetings in an effort to reduce exposure to COVID-19.
Beginning March 17, the commission will use the telephonic format for decision meetings, public
hearings, technical hearings and other proceedings. To view agendas for future meetings, please visit
https://puc.idaho.gov/PublicDocs/Agenda.
To participate in a meeting, please dial 1-800-920-7487, and enter passcode 6674832# at the designated
time. The phone number and passcode will be used for all meetings unless otherwise specified in the
Notice document.
The commission’s office will remain open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those
who have business with the commission are encouraged to call 1-208-334-0300 or visit
https://puc.idaho.gov to determine if assistance can be provided over the phone or online instead of
making an appointment in person.
The commission is also encouraging members of the public who wish to comment to do so via e-mail.
