SOUTH COUNTY FIRE SERVICE TARIFF

Attached is United Water Tariff Sheet 8A - Schedule No. 4A, governing rates for Private Sprinkler and Hose Service.

Staff engineer, Randy Lobb, has reviewed this tariff and he indicates it was inadvertently left out of a compliance filing for South County customers, as set out in Order No. 27798. Company has now filed this proposed tariff and Randy recommends approval by Minute Entry.

Therefore, said schedule is hereby approved this date; effective January 1, 2000, per request of United Water.
