On December 1, 1999, United Water Idaho filed the attached Schedule 1D in accordance with Commission Order No. 27798 regarding acquisition of south County Water Company. This schedule implements the next authorized change in rates, effective January 1, 2000.
Randy Lobb, Staff engineering supervisor has reviewed the filing and he indicates it is correctly filed and recommends approval.
Therefore, Schedule 1D of United Water Idaho is hereby approved this date, effective 1-1-2000.
