Attached are tariff sheets specifying customer and commodity charges and General Rules and Regulations for Small Water Companies, filed by Stoneridge Water Company in accordance with Commission Order No. 28206.
Staff engineer George Fink has reviewed the tariffs and he recommends an approval date of November 16, 1999 (date of Order No. 28206) with an effective date of December 1, 1999, per company’s request.
Staff has withheld the Company’s tariff sheet specifying non-recurring charges, pending further review. These charges were not submitted by the Companty as part of the subject case and therefore were not approved by the Commission.
Therefore, the attached tariff sheets are hereby approved with the exception of the tariff specifying non-recurring charges.
