Attached are the tariff sheets specifying customer and commodity charges and General Rules and Regulations for Small Water Companies for Happy Valley Water Company.
Staff engineer George Fink has reviewed the filing and he indicates they appear to be in accordance with Order No. 28183. He recommends approval date be set as October 19, 1999, (date of the order) and effective date of December 15, 1999.
Therefore, said tariffs are approved this date.
