Attached is a copy of GTE Advice 99-14 filed in response to the Commission’s Universal Service Fund Order No. 28124. The tariffs raise the USF surcharge for toll minutes from $0.0022 to $0.0035. Staff approves the filing and recommends approval by minute entry, with the requested October 1, 1999 effective date.
Therefore, said tariff advice is hereby approved this date, to be effective 10-1-99.
