MINUTE ENTRYGVNW TARIFF REVISIONSTO REDUCE ACCESS FOR USF COMPANIES
On October 1, 1999 GVNW filed tariff revision to the IREC Access Tariff No. 2 in response to Order No. 28124 to reduce access rates to the weighted statewide average of $0.053382 per minute effective October 1, 1999.
Staff approved the filing and believes it is a compliance filing and recommends approval by way of a Minute Entry, with an effective date of October 1, 1999.
Therefore, said tariffs are approved this date; effective 10-1-99.
