Attached is a copy of U S West Tariff Advice 99-09-S adding the Fruitland and NuAcres exchanges to the list of exchanges that are accessed through a local call by customers located in U S West exchanges in the Treasure Valley EAS region. Said filing was made in compliance with Order No. 28069 in Case No. USW-T-96-6.  
Wayne Hart, staff telecommunications analyst, has reviewed the filing and he indicates it is in compliance with said order. He recommends approval by Minute Entry effective September 2, 1999.
Therefore, staff recommendation is hereby approved.
