The purpose of the filing was to replace Tariff IPUC No. 25 in its entirety. The filing was administrative only and did not involve a change in rates. Marge Maxwell, Consumer Investigator reviewed the tariff filing and she indicates all the sheets now match compared with tariff approved by ON 28081. There are some Schedule 90 substitute pages from a previous case that need to be pulled from the tariff book in-house and they will then all be correctly filed. Therefore, the tariffs filed by Avista on August 27 are hereby approved this date; to be effective September 27, 1999.
