AVISTA TARIFF FILING - ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES
On September 9, 1999, Avista Corporation filed the attached tariffs. The letter of transmittal explains the “necessity” of this “substitute” filing.  
Randy Lobb, staff engineering supervisor, reviewed the filing and he indicates it is okay with the correction made on Substitute Original Sheet 90F(1) and initialed by Commission Secretary, Myrna Walters. It changes the *Estimated Tariff  Rider revenue per year is $4.5 million dollars to *Estimated Tariff Rider revenue per year is $1.416 million dollars.
Therefore, the attached tariffs are approved this date; to be effective 9-27-99 per request of the Company.
