OF APPEAL was filed by Appellant on December 5,2023.Idaho Appellate Rule 14(b)requires
that an appeal be filed within forty-two (42)days from the date evidenced by the filing stamp of
the clerk or secretary of the administrative agency on the order or decision on rehearing or
reconsideration;therefore,after due consideration.
IT IS ORDERED that Appellant’s MOTION TO ACCEPT LATE FILING OF NOTICE OF
