CASE NO. UWI-W-96-4 - ORDER NO. 26898
On August 3, 1999, United Water Idaho’s counsel, Joe Miller filed revisions to their existing Rules and Regulations Governing the Rendering of Water Service and Water Main Extensions; in particular the existing Residential, Multiple Family Housing, Commercial, Industrial or Municipal Development Water Main Extension Agreement.  
Staff engineer, Randy Lobb, brought the proposal to the decision meeting on August 26, 1999 and he recommended approval by Minute Entry with modification of Paragraph C.6  of the developer main agreement.
On August 30, 1999, Mr. Miller submitted a tariff sheet which set out that modification and it was placed in the set of tariffs filed August 3, 1999. Said tariffs are now in accordance with Order No. 26898 and the modification suggested by staff. Therefore, said tariffs are hereby approved this date, effective on September 3, 1999, as requested by the Company.
