USW ADVICE 99-08-S
Attached is a Memorandum from Birdelle Brown regarding U S West Advice 99-08-S to revise suspend and restore service, effective August 19, 1999. Because this tariff advice is filed in compliance with Commission Order No. 27100 in USW-S-96-5, Birdelle recommends approval by Minute Entry.
Staff has reviewed the proposed tariff revision and finds that it complies with the requirements for Vacation Service that were included in Order No. 27100, and they recommend approval.
Therefore, said Tariff Advice 99-08-S is hereby approved this date; effective August 19, 1999.
