Attached is a Memorandum from Wayne Hart regarding approval of Citizens Telecommunications of Idaho Tariff Advice 99-02, reducing the surcharge for the Idaho Telephone Service Assistance Program (ITSAP) to comply with Commission Order No. 28047.
Wayne recommends approval of the filing and since it is a compliance filing per Order No.
28047 he recommends approval by Minute Entry.
Therefore, we hereby approve Tariff Advice 99-02 this date, effective July 1, 1999.
